Smoke and Soul are passionate foodies; at their happiest when creating and sharing delicious soul food dishes, cooked with flavour and flame. From a family of butchers, they pride themselves on using exceptional, locally sourced meat for our menus.
Their ‘low and slow’ wood-fired cooking methods, using world famous Traeger grills, provides an incredible tenderised finish to their meat and that unbeatable smoke flavour. Everything is smoked in-house in the Six Degrees kitchen!
The team in the kitchen care about their food; where it comes from and what it’s served on. They support a number of local independent businesses to source our ingredients and use high-quality plant-based disposables, that are environmentally friendly and compostable.
