RIESLING SAISON 6% ABV

A foraged fruit saison base aged 18 months in a Riesling wine cask. Wonderfully tart with a light spice.

FETTERCAIRN SCOTCH 8% ABV

Honeycomb infused Belgian style Scotch aged in Fettercairn whisky barrels. Smooth & indulgent.

BURGUNDY CHAPEAU 9.5% ABV

We’ve taken our signature Citra infused Belgian Blonde and aged it in Burgundy white wine casks. Succulent peach w/ vanilla oak sweetness.

Hopclassic is a full-flavoured Belgian IPA. The bitterness is well integrated in true Belgian style with a pleasant kick at the end. Hopclassic is packed full of hop character and is very refreshing on the palate.

Saison Châteauneuf-du-Pape 330ml

Aged 14 months in Châteauneuf-du-Pape casks, this foraged saison layers farmhouse spice, toasted oak and crisp apple. Gentle tartness and subtle wine tannins add depth. A dry, complex and balanced saison.

Limited release: 600 cans.
