six°north x Donzoko collab

Today we had Hartlepool’s finest Donzoko in the house to brew a collab. Donzoko main man Reece really started making waves last year with the release of the excellent Northern Helles. He has just started contract brewing in London with Gypsy Hill so you can expect to see a lot more of his superb beers.

We brewed a hoppy Pilsner together utilising two of our favourite German hop varieties (Mandarina Bavaria and Saaz).
