on 21st July six°north’s Genesis Project will be released in our bars in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Stonehaven & Glasgow. GP is an opportunity for our brewery & bars to collaborate together. It allows our staff to learn more about the brewing process whilst showcasing their creativity! Each bar came to brew their own beer back in May. We placed no limits on what they could brew & encouraged them to be as imaginative as possible.

We’re delighted to have won the brewing award at the Scottish Food & Drink Excellence Awards 2018. We entered our ‘Heather’ collab that we brewed last year with Beerbliotek as part of our Foraged & Found series. We received some brilliant feedback from the judges for our entry and we’re very proud to received this accolade.
We will be brewing Heather again in the coming months.

OMNIUM is our new 4.3% session IPA, and the first in the new triumvirate of beers. It could not be further removed from the classic styles our customers have come to expect, but it follows neatly in their footsteps, and is just as expertly designed & produced. Omnium has a light malt backbone with a generous helping of dry hopped Citra, Mosaic, Amarillo and Simcoe, which makes for some very pleasant drinking!Read More
Super pleased to have Jürgen from Amundsen Brewery here today for a collab! We’re brewing a dry hopped Sour. This will be our biggest dry hop addition to date with a massive 20g per litre making this one hoppy, sour beer! We hopped w/ Amarillo, Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic.

We have Jérôme from Brasserie des Franches-Montagnes (BFM) with us for a collab today! We’re brewing a Kettle Sour w/ foraged Swiss Hysope, Green Anise and lemon peel 🍋
BFM is an artisanal brewery in Saignelégier, Switzerland who are well known for producing outstanding barrel aged beers and sours.

We had Charles & Sophie with us today from Burnt Mill for a collab. We brewed a saison using locally foraged spruce tips that we steeped in the brewing water overnight to then mash with Pils, Vienna and wheat malts.
The resulting wort was whirlpooled with Relax hops and is now fermenting with our house saison yeast strain.
