six°north x North Brewing collab II

Today we brewed our second collab with our favourite sons of Yorkshire North Brewing. We brewed a Belgian IPA together at their place a few months back…we had so much fun, that we decided to do it all again back at our brewery in Scotland. We’ve been friends with the guys at North for a while now…we always enjoy our wee visits to the institution that is North Bar in Leeds!

Today we’re making a wheat beer with an assertive hop-forward twist! We’re dry hopping this wee fella with 15g/litre of Galaxy, Mosaic & Citra.

This collab is due for release towards the end of October.
