VÉLO PALE ALE

A classic pale ale, with a US yeast providing a clean and refreshing backbone, allowing us to showcase some of Europe’s best hop varieties. Huell Melon, Manadarina Bavaria and German Cascade provide a distinctly tropical aroma with a balanced, dry finish. Vélo joins Dynamo and Omnium to complete our new hop-forward range. 

ABV: 5.5% MALTS: Pils, Wheat, Munich, Cara IBU: 22

DYNAMO IPA

A bold, aromatic IPA. A healthy dose of Amarillo and Centennial hops lay the grounds for bright, floral and citrus flavours and a typically assertive bitterness. Dynamo joins Vélo and Omnium to complete our new hop-forward range. 

ABV: 6.0% MALTS: Pils, oats, Vienna, Spelt IBU: 14

ANISE VERDE BERLINER WEISSE
[collab w/ BFM]

Anise Verde is the third and final beer from the 2018 Foraged and Found series. 

The beer was brewed with our friend Jérôme from Brasserie des Franches Montagnes. Jérôme foraged the Anise and Hysope near to the BFM brewery in Saignelégier, Switzerland and smuggled them across in his case, alongside some of the BFM signature house yeast strain. Light and spritzy with a delicate spice and zesty finish.

ABV: 4.8% MALTS:  Pils, Pale Ale, Torrified Wheat  ADJUNCTS: Armoise, Sarawak Pepper, Anis Vert, Hysope, lemon peel

BIDON TABLE BEER

we have revised the bidon recipe to create an aromatic, new world table beer packed with bold citrus and tropical fruit notes, balanced by a complex earthy character. This beer is loaded with Motueka and Ekuanot hops, creating a refined drinking experience.
