We’re looking for a full-time production brewer to join the Six°North team in Laurencekirk. This person will be involved in all aspects of the brewing process, from raw material handling right through to packaging the final product. This role is hands-on and suited to someone who loves beer, takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Brewing and cellaring according to our recipes & production schedules
- Operating and maintaining brewing equipment
- Monitoring fermentation and quality control
- Cleaning and sanitising tanks + equipment
- Packaging (keg, cask, can)
