WE REQUIRE A CHEF DE PARTIE FOR OUR BUSY kitchen at the marine. this is a full time position.
DUTIES:
- Preparing, cooking & presenting dishes within your speciality - Helping the sous chef & head chef to develop new dishes and menus - Ensuring high standards of food hygiene, followING health & safety guidelines - Monitoring portion & waste control
ideally you will have:
- A passion for GREAT food - Proven experience in a Chef de Partie role - Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment & processes - strong communication skills - Ability to multitask & work EFFECTIVELY under pressure - experience in a high volume KITCHEN
