six°north x Burning Sky collab

We’re delighted to have Mark from Burning Sky with us today to brew a collab! A brewery we have a great admiration for. We’re brewing a mixed fermentation Saison with 28kg of sea buckthorn that we recently foraged near the brewery.

The beer will be released as part of our Foraged and Found series in the summer!
