six°north x Burnt Mill

We had Charles & Sophie with us today from Burnt Mill for a collab. We brewed a saison using locally foraged spruce tips that we steeped in the brewing water overnight to then mash with Pils, Vienna and wheat malts. 

The resulting wort was whirlpooled with Relax hops and is now fermenting with our house saison yeast strain. 

This will be released as part of our Foraged and Found series in August.
