Berry Sour 330ml (Best Before 10th November 2023)

Denhead Farms’ raspberries and gooseberries were added to a clean base and given a short maturation in wood to add complexity. Raspberry dominates the aroma and gives an initial sweetness, the gooseberry comes in at the tail end with a pleasing tartness.

We have been using the great fruit from Denhead Farms for a few years now and the quality is always excellent. There are 3 generations of the Neill family farming alongside each other in the beautiful Strathmore Valley. We took their excellent raspberries and paired them with gooseberries to amplify the tartness.

ABV: 5.1%

HOPS: Saaz, Mandarina Bavaria
