Small batch as part of the Unicorn Series. Honeycomb infused Scotch aged in Jim Beam barrels for three months then Mercer Rum cask for 12 months. Rich & warming with notes of caramel, vanilla and oak, while the rum cask contributes a tropical sweetness.
