Unicorn Series - small batch beers barrel aged in Fettercairn Distillery casks.

Quad Scottish Oak [12% ABV]

Aged in freshly emptied Scottish oak casks. Rich toffee, dried fruit and soft spice with a hint of vanilla.

Triple Barrelled [9.5% ABV]

We took Pavé, Scotland's favourite Tripel, and added it to some rum casks procured from our friends at Fettercairn Distillery. The resulting beer has taken on notes of raisins and sweet vanilla giving the base tripel a bigger, more rounded mouthfeel

Blackcurrant Sour [4.6% ABV]

Aged in Fettercairn whisky casks, this blackcurrant sour has layers of complexity. Sherry, vanillla and plenty of fruit lead to a long sour finish
